The Universal Record Database is a fantastic endeavor to document a lot of very important and very unique records. They say, “What world record are you capable of setting? We believe every person on earth has potential to be the world’s best ’something’. Tonight, URDB Presents: World Record Appreciation Society #8.  At this event, a man we have never met will attempt to set a record that he has titled, “Fastest Time To Spell “I ♥ PICKLED HERRING” Using Pickled Herrings And Then Eat It.” Really.  His name is Adam Pollock and at this time tomorrow, he might be a world record holder.  He plans to use Russ & Daughters Pickled Herring with Plain Sauce and Onions during the feat.
