Russ & Daughters Homemade Potato Latke with Creme Fraiche and Wild Alaskan Salmon Roe

Chanukah is almost over, but any cold winter day is the perfect time to eat our Homemade Potato Latkes.  I just had one for lunch, with a bowl of homemade apple sauce and a drop of sour cream.  For a real treat: top a freshly heated latke with creme fraiche and Wild Alaskan Salmon Roe (as in the photo above).
