Joseph Vargas, age 7, discusses business with the boss, Joshua Russ Tupper

It’s all-hands-on-deck every day during the busy holiday season at Russ & Daughters.  Herman Vargas’s son, Joseph, age 7, is joining us too.  Joseph is a fantastic bagel sorter and a budding herring expert (and, he looks like a very small Barack Obama).  We’re trying him out now to see if he can fill his father’s shoes down the road.
