Thanksgiving at our home always begins with a bounty of smoked fish. You might think that the Russ family would want to take the day off from eating appetizing, but in fact, it’s a delicious and easy way to get your feast on. This year, in addition to our already delectable Thanksgiving menu, we’ve shared the same platter we have at home with you: Stuffed Brook Trout, Wild Alaskan Salmon Roe, Smoked Sable, medallion-cut Balik Salmon, Scandinavian Grav Lox and crème fraîche.
If you’re the host, the Russ Platter will start things off on the right note, and it’s one less thing to worry about when there’s an overstuffed bird in the oven. If you’re a guest, showing up with a Russ platter will surpass anyone’s hors d’oeuvres expectations, and will certainly snag you a seat at next year’s table — if you want to go back, that is.

The Russ Platter must be ordered by Monday, November 24th.
